    I work in the Grand Massif ski area of the French Alps (Samoëns, Morillon, Verchaix and Sixt Fer à Cheval) and act as an agent to clients in a wide range of matters connected with construction and design. I undertake commissions for new chalet builds renovations, conversions, and refurbishments. I do my best to translate a client's requirements into a design, produce construction drawings and specifications, apply for permits, and manage the building work.

    I speak good English and as a Frenchman, i have an intimate knowledge of French building techniques and administrative procedures. I also have considerable experience and am ideally placed to respond to the wishes of clients who need someone on the ground to act on their behalf in turning their dream into reality without the stress, hassle and complications that can occur in any French building project.

    I will ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Projects are usually separate to usual day-to-day business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. Project managers oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.

A roof, air conditioner, water heater or furnace failure quickly reminds most of us how important home management really is.

    A secondary residence manager allows you to free yourself from the French administration, technical and physical constraints of your property when you are away. A delivery, finding a craftsman to change the roof, heating system, a terrace, an enlargement, electrical, organise cleaning and landscaping, coordination and supervision of the works ... are tedious tasks that can quickly become a nightmare. I therefore offer you my services to get rid of these hassles. Depending on the choice of services, I will offer you a daily, weekly, or monthly report on your property (verification of closures, aeration, post box, listing and progress of works in anticipation, etc ...)

  • SHOB: La Surface est égale à la somme des surfaces de plancher de chaque niveau de construction, des surfaces des toitures-terrasses, des balcons ou loggias et des surfaces non closes situées au rez-de-chaussée. La surface occupée par les cloisons ou les escaliers doit également être prise en compte. En revanche, ne rentre pas dans le calcul tout ce qui ne constitue pas de surface de plancher. C'est notamment le cas des parties vides (cages d'ascenseur, rampes d'accès), des terrasses non couvertes de plain-pied avec le rez-de-chaussée, des auvents, des corniches, etc.
